# Troubleshooting

### Stuck / Hanging

Sometimes it seems like Telegram UI got stuck. Prevent these hangs by giving  command `/mmbox` `/logs` again and dialog box appears respectively.

`/mmbox` and `/logs` commands are conversation based. It returns dialog box so user can give instructions and fetch or update data.

### `/mmbox` Buttons not working

Make sure your most recent messages and options are not relevant to other commands (`/logs`, `/start`, `/stop`).
